Electrical Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to support residential electrical service projects for the US market. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical domain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing estimates, quotations, and service proposals for residential customers. Candidates with experience using ServiceTitan are highly preferred. However, professionals with experience on similar estimation, field service management, or ERP platforms are also encouraged to apply. This is a permanent Work From Home (WFH) opportunity based in India, supporting a US-based client.

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for residential electrical service projects.
• Review customer requirements, scope of work, drawings, and service requests.
• Calculate labor, material, equipment, and project costs.
• Create and manage estimates using ServiceTitan or similar estimation platforms.
• Coordinate with field technicians, project teams, and stakeholders to validate scope and pricing.
• Ensure estimates meet client requirements and profitability targets.
• Maintain pricing databases, cost records, and estimation documentation.
• Analyze historical project data to improve estimation accuracy.
• Support proposal preparation and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure timely delivery of estimates.

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, installations, repairs, maintenance, and service operations.
• Experience preparing electrical estimates, quotations, or cost proposals.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience on similar platforms such as Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber, Service Fusion, SimPRO, AccuLynx, Buildertrend, or other estimation software will also be considered.
• Good understanding of electrical materials, labor costing, and service pricing.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, service requests, and project requirements.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting US residential electrical contractors or service businesses.
• Exposure to commercial electrical estimation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with US electrical standards and service practices.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

• 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical estimation, costing, service operations, or related functions.
• Multiple positions available across different experience levels.

• Permanent Work From Home (India).
• UK Shift: Approximately 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM IST onwards.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and meet project timelines.
